All commission requests must be submitted via email or Google forms.

Upon receipt of your application, I will be in touch so that we can further discuss your requirements.

Any communication is made via email or Discord’s direct messaging system. 

VTuber illustration commissions do not include character design.

If you have a character design, please provide clear references of your character.

If character design is required, we will have an initial consultation to discuss. Prices will vary depending on complexity.

VTuber commission prices include commercial rights. This means that the client is free to profit from the artwork (and/or design if applicable), such as through monetized streaming or merchandise sales.

​A proposed start and completion date will be provided at the start of the commission. Whilst I endeavour to complete commissions promptly there may be delays to the process. Any delays will be communicated to the client.

Commissions can be expedited at an extra cost and is subject to availability.

Projects will be limited to a certain amount of revisions. The number of revisions will be communicated to the client at the start and will vary depending on the type of package and complexity. Any extra revisions will be charged at 10-20% of the total commission price and must be paid upfront.

Payment must be made via PayPal. Depending on the value of the commission, a payment plan can be agreed upon.

After the initial consultation, if both parties are happy with the proposal the client must agree to the terms and conditions and provide a 50% non-refundable deposit.

The balance must be paid 1 week before release of final product and notice will be given to client. Failing to complete payment on agreed date may result in the delay of product completion.

For cancellations made on part of the client, payments made up to date of cancellation are non-refundable.

In the unlikely event of cancellations made on part of the artist, a full refund will be provided if commission hasn't commenced. Partial refunds can be made less the deposit if work has started. This is dependant on the stage of the commission at the time of cancellation.

The final product will only be in digital format. No physical item will be delivered.

Final product designs and models are not to be edited or updated by others. Updates and revisions after the final product has been delivered must be done by the initial artist.

The artist reserves the right to ownership of each art piece, for use in portfolio and social media (included but not limited to Instagram, Twitter, Twitch etc). 

The artist reserves the rights to decline any commission requests.

For external showcasing of your VTuber, please credit the artist.

I will not draw or work with furry/mecha/explicit/gore/offensive themes.

In the unlikely event of a complaint, please let me know as soon as possible so that every effort can be made to rectify the problem. Complaints should be made no more than 30 days after receipt of the final product.
