All commission requests must be submitted via email or Google forms.

Any communication is made via email or Discord’s direct messaging system. 

If your application is accepted I will confirm this via email with a proposed start and completion date. Terms and Conditions must be signed before the commission commences. A 50% deposit may be required if applicable.

Commissions valued at less than £200 must be paid in full before work begins.

Commissions valued equal to or over £200, will require a 50% deposit. The balance must be paid 1 week before release of final product.

Deposits are non-refundable once I have started working on the commission.

Payment must be made via PayPal. 

Commissions are for personal use only (e.g. social media icons/banners).

Commercial commissions (e.g. sellable prints/merchandise) can be considered. Please email to further discuss.

For cancellations made on part of the client, payments made are non-refundable.

For cancellations made on part of the artist, partial refunds can be made less the deposit. This is dependant on the stage of the commission at the time of cancellation.

​Generally the commission will take 2 weeks to a month from agreed start date, depending on how busy my schedule is and how complex your request/character(s) are. Any delays will be communicated to the client.

Commissions can be expedited at an extra cost and is subject to availability.

The client is allowed 1 rounds of revision for items below the value of £100. For commissions above £100 will grant 1 additional revision. Any extra revisions will be charged at 10-20% of the total commission price and must be paid upfront.

The artist reserves the right to ownership of each art piece, for use in portfolio and social media (included but not limited to Instagram, Twitter, Twitch etc). 

The artist reserves the rights to decline any commission requests.

Sharing your commission is allowed with credit to my social media.

The final product will only be in digital format. No physical item will be delivered.

I will not draw furry/mecha/explicit/gore/offensive themes.

In the unlikely event of a complaint, please let me know as soon as possible so that every effort can be made to rectify the problem. Complaints should be made no more than 21 days after receipt of the final product.
